These projects are highly regulated by the state D.N.R. At Meisters we work with the D.N.R on a regular basis for permits & projects for private & public entities.
We can help you w/ design & application for permits, as well as build a structure specific for you lakefront to control any future loss of property.
Many properties require some sort of stabilization behind the shoreline. This area is usually regulated by the county and township, which also generally requires permits. These areas can be controlled by retaining walls and or natural seeding, again specific to each site.
